BEGINNING

At 52 years of priesthood, Father Antonio Aldana Cardona, motivates a group of residents of the city of Puerto Vallarta sensitive to the need to build an shelter  for the elderly a House of Rest, the city hall government donated a Lot with  approximately 7000 m2 (square meters) and this   project has been  building  in stages.

The need is urgent.

Since 86 years ago, Puerto Vallarta was a municipal entity and 36 years ago was declared a city. It has a little over 350,000 inhabitants and over 4,000.000 visitors annually who have positioned themselves as an important international tourist destination. El 23% , o sea 69 23% or 69, 000 inhabitants are over 50 years age and almost 0.8%, elderly urgently need a shelter.

STRATEGY:


A)  Fundraising supports by citizens and the commercial sector.

B)  Municipal, State and Federal government’s support.

C) Analtruistic support of associations such as Rotary Clubs, Sister cities, etc...


D)  Financial & materials donations with hand labor.


E)  International supports.
